lyrics

The wind blows and now the months are chilly. And the people fit roles on the gaunt committee. Before boards on the windows it was once so pretty. And now that Madness takes over all of Hunter City. We're going in so we board the plane. With what we've left behind, can we afford the pain. Another song to find the sad chords to play. We'll divide the sides and they'll support the change. Go for range and then I close the gap and it's the orders placed on what's supposed to happen. Chose to wait so I could set the trap, in the course of their way, they fell for that. I keep going till I see the lake. The weeks are slow and so I speed the rate. There's no need to follow, but yo I need the space. To get to tomorrow ain't no piece of cake. I wake up and see you left me something. Enough with all the fuss that turns to deadly loving. I can't change the tape like I'm a Teddy Ruxpin. I'll leave it on the trails that seem to get me running. It's no fun to go over the price it takes on us communicating through your mobile device. The stakes get heated even though it seems I'm colder then ice. The city needs a better cleaning when it's holding a life. A sacrifice is made so we can please the gods. And holy Christ nobody's safe unless you beat the odds. They'll recite just what it takes and then increase the cost. When it's the end of our lives we'll decay like peat moss. Are we lost in their narcissism? Are they raising the rates for what they charge for living? You better check your pulse, and does your heart have rhythm? What's it worth to you, and we can start the bidding. Going once, going twice till you sold the prize. Instead of looking at new owners I'll just hold my eyes. Most of us are organ donors with our souls disguised. Then you find out there's no hope, what we were told was lies. We've got no voice and they have all the say. We've got no choice and so I'll travel the way. We'll get loud enough to break the glass, shatter the panes. Not allowed to make a pass and that's what matters to me. It happens to be cold and now the months are chilly. And we've overthrown the people on the old committee. Take the boards off the windows, it's gone back to pretty. We are the madness that took over all of Hunter City.
